The hotel was spotless with affable and very welcoming staff and awesome breakfast. I greatly enjoyed the twin/double room which was new-fashioned. The setting was magnificent, very close to the centre of Dawlish, centre of town, and beach and town. Moreover, it was at a moderate distance from Funder Park.
